Your team’s involvement focuses on three key steps:
- Providing preloaded data: Share relevant demographic, academic and program information if available. Preloading data improves overall data quality and makes the survey quicker for students to complete.
- Sharing the survey link: We’ll guide you on the most effective ways to engage students when distributing the survey. See our blog post with some tips on 'Boosting your student survey response rates'
- Promoting the survey: Encourage student participation to maximize response rates. The more responses, the deeper the insights.
4. What is the expected time commitment for your team?
Primarily, you’ll be promoting the survey to students. Based on typical program structures, we estimate the time commitment will be no more than 4–6 hours of a colleague’s time, spread across 4–6 weeks.
miXabroad handles data collection, analysis and generating insights, so your team can focus on delivering great programs.
5. Can you modify or add additional questions to the survey?
- miX Plus: Up to 2 additional questions and 2 customizations to existing questions.
- miX Premium: Up to 4 additional questions and 4 customizations to existing questions.
- Optional add-ons: Additional questions can be added at an extra cost per question (up to a total of 8 questions).
